3. Services
“Services” refers to custom fine-tuning pattern design and team collaboration consulting.
3.1 Scope
Services include project assessment, pattern development, and team implementation guidance.
3.2 Scheduling and Modification
Clients may request to reschedule or modify planned service sessions at least 3 days prior to a scheduled date. Changes are subject to availability.
3.3 Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours of the session are not refundable, as preparatory work begins immediately upon confirmation.
4. Information Products
“Information Products” refers to digital guides, templates, and educational materials related to pattern fine-tuning.
4.1 Access
Access details are sent by email upon purchase.
4.2 Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase provided that no download or access has occurred. To request a refund, contact our support team. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, via the original payment method.
5. Goods
“Goods” refers to physical items sold through FineTopra.
5.1 Shipping
Shipping terms are outlined at checkout.
5.2 Refunds and Replacements
Unused items in original condition may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or reimbursement. Customers are responsible for shipment costs. Approved requests are processed within 10 business days, using the original payment method.

- Services: Full reimbursement or session rescheduling is available if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior.

FineTopra is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific offering.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
